The sea turtle is a remarkable creature, known for its grace in the ocean and its ancient lineage, with some species dating back over 100 million years. I was inspired to create this piece because sea turtles are my niece’s favorite animal, and their gentle yet resilient nature seemed like the perfect subject for an art piece. Sea turtles play a crucial role in marine ecosystems, helping maintain healthy seagrass beds and coral reefs.

This drawing is a tribute to their beauty and importance, as well as a personal nod to my niece’s love for them.
